Development Administrator Overview
Employees use Deltek Talent Management's Development module to perform tasks related to growing their own careers and the careers of direct reports. Career Development administrators use the Development Administration features to manage Career Path Templates, create Rating Tips, manage Succession Plans and configure 9 Boxes.
